Stories: One photo, or a video of 3 to 60 seconds (up to 100 MB). Captions aren't shown on Stories
Photos: Between 4:5 (portrait) and 1.91:1 (landscape), converted to JPEG for you
Reels: 3 seconds to 15 minutes, up to 300 MB

Log in with Instagram and approve access. Personal accounts can switch to a free Creator or Business account in Instagram's settings.

Can PostNinja post to Instagram automatically?

Yes. Scheduled posts, carousels, Reels and Stories publish directly to your Instagram account at the time you choose, through Instagram's official API. You don't need to be online or approve anything on your phone.

Do I need a Facebook Page to schedule Instagram posts?

No. PostNinja connects with Instagram Login, so a Business or Creator account is all you need. Switching a personal account to Creator is free and takes a minute in Instagram's settings.

Can I schedule Instagram Reels?

Yes. Upload a video between 3 seconds and 15 minutes long and it's published as a Reel. Instagram processes the video first, and PostNinja waits for it before publishing.

Can I schedule Instagram Stories?

Yes. Switch the Instagram format to Story and add one photo, or a video of 3 to 60 seconds. It's published to your Story at the time you pick and stays up for 24 hours. Instagram doesn't show captions on Stories, so put any text in the image.

How many Instagram posts can I schedule?

As many as you like. Instagram itself allows about 50 posts per account per day through its API; if you hit that, PostNinja retries the post later instead of failing it.
