Common questions
Connecting your accounts
Go to Accounts and click Connect next to a platform. You sign in on that platform and approve access, so we never see your password. If an account shows “Needs reconnecting”, connect it again from the same page.
Design in Canva
In the composer, click Design in Canva. The first time, you'll connect your Canva account in a small window. Pick a size or one of your recent designs; when you're finished in Canva, click Return and the design is added to your post. You can disconnect Canva at any time from the same window.
Free photos
Click Free photos in the composer to search Unsplash and add a photo to your post in one click. Photos are free to use.
Plans, trials and billing
Manage your plan, card and invoices under Settings → Plan & billing. You can cancel a free trial or a plan there at any time. See our Terms for the details.
