For agencies

Social media management for agencies with many clients

Put each client's accounts in a group, switch between clients in one click, and let clients approve posts from a private review link. One workspace, one plan and one bill, with your whole team included on Pro and Agency.

  • Up to 100 accounts on one bill
  • Clients approve without logging in
  • Unlimited team members

Built for the way agencies work

A home for every client

Put each client's social accounts in a group with its own color. The group switcher in the sidebar narrows the calendar, the post lists and the dashboard stats to that one brand.

No posts on the wrong brand

In the composer, accounts sit under their groups, with Select all for each one. Picking a client's accounts takes one click, and other brands' accounts stay visibly apart.

Review links for clients

Each group has its own private review link to send to the client. They see the posts waiting for their approval and what's coming up, and approve them or ask for changes with a note. No account or password needed.

Sign-off before anything publishes

With approvals on, posts your team members schedule wait until an owner, an admin or the client approves them. Change requests go back to the author's drafts with the note.

Freelancers see only their clients

Limit a team member to specific groups. They only see those groups' accounts and posts, which suits freelancers and client-side staff.

Each client's own brand voice

Save a brand voice for every group. When all the accounts in a post belong to one group, the AI writer drafts in that group's voice.

Groups

Every client a click away

Pick a client's group in the sidebar and the calendar, the post lists and the stats show only that brand. Switch to the next one in one click, and give freelancers access to only the groups they work on.

  • A color and a brand voice for each group
  • The composer sorts accounts by group
  • Freelancers see only their groups

Step 1 of 4: Belong to several workspaces, like your agency's and a client's own team, and switch in the sidebar. Each has its own accounts, posts and plan.

Teams, groups and member limits come with Pro and Agency.

Client approval

Clients approve posts without another login

Create the review link for a client's group and send it to them. They open it in any browser, read the posts waiting for them, and approve each one or ask for changes. Their name and note are saved in the post's history, and the author gets an email.

  • No account, password or seat for the client
  • Shows posts waiting for approval and what's scheduled next
  • Replace or turn off the link at any time

Team access

Your whole team, each with the right access

Pro and Agency include unlimited team members. Owners and admins look after billing, the team and approvals. Members write and schedule posts, and can be limited to the groups they work on.

  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Members limited to specific groups
  • Two-step verification available to everyone

How it works

How agencies set up PostNinja

  1. 1

    Connect each client's accounts

Log in to each client's accounts on the platform itself and approve access. PostNinja never sees their passwords.

  2. 2

    Put them in groups

Create a group for each client, pick a color, assign its accounts and add its brand voice.

  3. 3

    Invite your team

Add writers and account managers as members, and limit freelancers to their clients' groups. Turn on approvals if posts need sign-off.

  4. 4

    Send review links

Give each client their group's review link to approve posts. Approved posts publish at their scheduled time.

Honest fit

Is PostNinja right for your agency?

A good fit if

  • You plan and publish posts for several brands and want each one's calendar a click away
  • Clients need to sign off on posts before they go out
  • Some of your team, like freelancers, should only see certain clients
  • You'd rather pay one flat price than pay per seat or per channel

Look elsewhere if

  • You need a social inbox for replying to comments and DMs. PostNinja doesn't have one.
  • You need white-label reports or a client portal with your own branding.
  • You need more than 100 accounts in one workspace.
  • You need networks beyond Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I manage several client brands in one PostNinja account?

Yes. Create a group for each client and assign its social accounts. Everything stays in one workspace with one plan and one bill, and the group switcher narrows the calendar, the post lists and the stats to one brand when you want to focus.

Does my client need a PostNinja account to approve posts?

No. Put your client's accounts in a group and create the group's review link: a private page that opens in any browser. It shows the posts for that group's accounts that are waiting for approval, plus what's already scheduled, and your client can approve each post or ask for changes with a note. You can replace or turn off the link at any time.

Which posts need approval?

When approvals are on, posts that members schedule wait as Awaiting approval. Posts that owners and admins schedule go straight onto the schedule, so give the people who write posts the member role if every post should be checked.

Can a freelancer see only some of our clients?

Yes. Put each client's accounts in a group and limit any member to one or more groups. They only see those groups' accounts and posts, and they can't connect new accounts. Owners and admins always see everything.

How many accounts and team members do I get?

Pro ($50 a month) includes 25 social accounts and unlimited team members. Agency ($100 a month) includes 100 accounts and unlimited team members. Personal is for one person. Yearly billing is 20% off.

Is there a charge per client, per seat or per post?

No. You pay one flat price for the plan and posting to every platform except X is unlimited. X charges apps for every post, so X posts use credits from the allowance included in your plan: 10 credits a post for each X account (80 with a link), about 500 X posts a month on Pro and 1,000 on Agency.

Does PostNinja have a social inbox or white-label reports?

No. PostNinja is built for planning, approving and publishing. It syncs post stats on six platforms and suggests the best times to post, but it doesn't collect comments and DMs or send branded reports.

Can our AI tools or scripts schedule posts for clients?

Yes. A REST API and an MCP server come with every plan, so your own code, or AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, can draft and schedule posts.
