How many people can use PostNinja?
Personal is for one person. Pro and Agency include unlimited team members, so you can add everyone who plans, writes or approves posts without paying per seat.
What can each role do?
Owners can do everything and are the only ones who change roles. Admins manage the team (apart from other admins), billing and API keys, and approve posts. Members create, edit and schedule posts; when approvals are on, their posts wait for sign-off. A member can also be limited to specific groups, so they only see those groups' accounts and posts.
Do we have to use approvals?
No. Approvals are off until an owner or admin turns them on in the team settings. With them off, everyone on the team schedules directly.
Which posts need approval?
When approvals are on, posts that members schedule wait as Awaiting approval. Posts that owners and admins schedule go straight onto the schedule, so give the people who write posts the member role if every post should be checked.
Can the team share templates?
Yes. Everyone can use the 100 built-in templates, and posts saved as templates are shared with the whole workspace.
Does the AI writer cost extra?
It uses credits from your plan's monthly allowance, 10 credits a write: up to 500 writes a month on Pro and 1,000 on Agency. The same credits pay for X posts.
Can we keep different brands or product lines apart?
Yes. Set each one up as a group with its own color and brand voice. The group switcher narrows the calendar, post lists and stats to one of them, and members can be limited to the ones they work on.
How do you keep our accounts secure?
Everyone logs in with their own PostNinja account, and two-step verification is available. Social accounts are connected by logging in on each platform, so PostNinja never sees those passwords, and access tokens are stored encrypted.
