How do I bulk schedule social media posts?

Download the CSV template, fill in one row per post (text, date and time, accounts, media links), upload it on the Import page, fix anything that's flagged, and import. Posts are created as drafts, scheduled or queued, row by row.

Which columns can the CSV have?

text, date, time, accounts, mode (draft, schedule or queue), media_urls, first_comment, youtube_title and per-platform text such as x_text or instagram_text. Common names like caption or image are recognised too.

How does the posting queue work?

Set weekly time slots, for the whole workspace or for each profile. Add to queue puts a post in the next free slot, up to eight weeks ahead. Only owners and admins can change the slots.

Can my AI agent fill the queue?

Yes. The MCP server has get_queue and update_queue tools, and the REST API has /api/v1/queue, so an agent can read your slots and schedule posts into them.

Is bulk scheduling on every plan?

Yes. CSV import and the queue are on every plan. Separate queue slots for each profile need Pro and Agency, where profiles are available.
