Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads and YouTube. X is left out because X charges apps for every read, and TikTok and Pinterest don't offer the comment access the inbox needs.

Does it include direct messages?

No. The inbox is for comments on your posts. Direct messages stay in each platform's own app.

Which posts' comments show up?

Comments on the connected accounts' posts from the last 30 days, including posts you published outside PostNinja.

How quickly do new comments appear?

Instagram, Facebook and Threads are checked about every 15 minutes and YouTube about hourly, because of YouTube's API quota.

Is the inbox an add-on?

No. It's on every plan, with no extra fee. Comments are kept for 90 days (30 for YouTube).
