On X it's a reply, so it uses credits like a post: 10, or 80 with a link. On every other platform it's free.
When is the first comment posted?
Right after the post is published. If the post is a thread on X, the comment replies to its last post.
Does putting hashtags in the first comment work on Instagram?
Many accounts put hashtags in the first comment to keep captions clean. Try both ways and compare the results in analytics.
Can I add a first comment from a CSV import?
